Founder of PEACH HR Consultants BV, Mr. Andrey Pichardo has been working for more than 25 years in the field of Human Resources.
Mr. Pichardo studied Human Resources Management, Total Quality Management and Business Administration at Saxion University and Business School Netherlands.
He started his career in the Netherlands and worked for Maars Holding BV, ING Bank, ENNIA and Banco di Caribe respectively.
Mr. Pichardo has ample knowledge and experience of all Human Resources related matters such as: collective bargaining, reorganizations, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Talent and Career Management, and many more.
